What's An Energy Day Then?

If I said to you “fancy coming to an all singing all dancing energy day where loads of fun will be had and you might even learn something about energy saving and the environment?” you might say “no thanks, I’m washing my hair.” Which would be understandable: pollution is getting so heavy in some parts of London that this once ridiculous saying is now becoming a valid excuse (as well as “no thanks I am getting myself washed down with an industrial strength shower hose” and “no thanks I can’t because I can’t go outside again, there is too much smoke”). In fact, an energy day is a good thing you should go to, even at the risk of your health being affected. I also had no idea what one was until a few minutes ago, but you can find out everything you need to know by heading on over to the article at the following link: http://www.searchenigin.com/2010/05/24/energy-day-in-your-area

Energy days…what a fantastic idea! You get to meet people in your community who you can swap energy saving advice with (switch to an insight hybrid, for instance) and you can also get some free food rather than having to cook your own abysmal stuff that merely resembles food. But seriously speaking for a moment, as global warming bears down on us with more force we are going to need to pull together and work out ways of helping one another. Co-operation is the key, so why not consider going along to one near you or starting one in association with a neighbour of yours?
